When this all started off I had no idea what exactly I wanted to do. I started to think and I finally thought of an idea that might be a good idea to do for my research. The phenomenon that I am studying is on twitter and instagram and how people around the world see what is being posted and always believe what they say and see trends and always feel the need to follow it. I believe that this is it is important because since social media has been around, I feel like people have been following this type of trend. Everywhere you look, there is going to be some type of trend that people are following. At first I took a look a lot of different apps and saw that every single app had a trend and everyone believing whatever is being posted was true and decided to do it themself. As I take a look at Twitter, there are many tweets that keep piling on what exactly panic buying is and what people’s thoughts are on the topic. I start to see that big business put articles out on twitter for us to click on that gives us insight on what type of products are getting sold out so fast and some items seem to be pointless and the question is why they are doing this. As of right now there is no pattern of who is posting the negatives. I see that why it is bashing on people of doing it, it shows people coming together to try to stop people from doing and I agree with them. I see a couple people that tweet that they are doing it because they were told to stick up and not go outside anyone and this does seem like a valid reason and they can’t afford to get sick but going out when everyone else is also panic buying and it leaves you with more chances of getting sick.

When it comes to social media phenomenons I think the coronavirus. What I am trying to look at is twitter because I think people tweet a lot more then any other app out there. Specifically I am looking at what regular people say about panic buying and also what scientist and professionals say try to see what other solutions could be for everyone stupidity and safety .

Takeaways and advice learned  In high school, I did not write many essays in my classes and did more work on paper than I thought. Yes, in English class I would have to write essays but not much in my other classes. Coming into the first semester of college, I knew that the work was going to be significantly harder for me to understand and complete the work that was given to me.The first semester alone, I had written about 19 essays over the course of the fall. This is my first time ever having to write a blog and I'm sure that I can grow as a writer to express my feelings and state facts about what I learn in this class rather than having a specific format, which can seem very boring and robotic.
